The Association For Tourism Tel-Aviv Jaffa
Tel Aviv-Yafo Tourism Association is a municipal company owned by the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality that is responsible for promoting and marketing the city for incoming foreign tourism as well as domestic tourism.
Our role is to encourage the arrival of tourists from overseas and from throughout Israel. We strive to make tourists’ stay in the city pleasant by introducing them to walking tours and routes, the city's hidden treasures, cultural centers, accommodation centers, restaurants, and entertainment and shopping venues.
The Association does all this through a wide range of activities, notably: hosting journalists and PR activities, producing campaigns in Israel and abroad, conducting and promoting unique tours of the city, producing promotional materials, operating information centers, operating websites and an iPhone application, hosting tourism wholesalers from overseas to familiarize them with Tel Aviv as a tourism product and what it has to offer, participation in international tourism fairs and conventions, and more.
The Association constitutes a conduit conveying touristic-municipal information to foreign media organizations in the field of tourism, serves as an address for contact with the municipality by various parties in the tourism industry, and promotes fundraising from various sources aimed at encouraging tourism in Tel Aviv.
